Reliable Livescan is following CDC’s recommendations and is monitoring closely for any updates.
Our Livescan Operators follow a strict set of daily guidelines to ensure any risk to customers’ health is minimized.
Our Livescan Operators sanitize their hands between customers and disinfect surfaces that come in contact with customers. We have increased cleaning protocols related to surfaces like door handles, counters and scanners.
We recommend handwashing or use of hand sanitizer by both customer and Livescan Operators before and after livescan related activities.
Health and wellness are critical to our ability to provide services to the public. We are encouraging our team to stay home and see a doctor when they are not feeling well and we ask you to do the same.
